1.2.2 Workers who are directly affected by staff accommodation situations and who are guaranteed an appropriate offer of employment, or who opt for option (a) of Part VI of this Annex or who are considered to be such, are responsible: paragraph 8.02(f) does not apply to qualified CS employees who work in day employment. See other provisions of paragraph 8.03(f) and (g). The flexible working arrangements mentioned above are subject to management approval, company requirements and employer guidelines for flexible working time. (b) Where normal working hours need to be modified to differ from the hours referred to in paragraph 8.02 (a), the employer shall consult the establishment in advance, except in cases of emergency, on those working hours and shall indicate in such consultation that such hours are necessary to meet the needs of the public and/or the proper functioning of the service. 6.4.9 The delegate shall ensure that remuneration is accepted only if the worker`s work can be interrupted on the day of dismissal and if there are no additional costs if the work is performed in another way during that period. 3.1.3 Workers who move with their work units shall be treated in accordance with the provisions of 1.1.16 to 1.1.19. (a) The Parties to this Agreement recognize that participation in conferences, meetings, symposia, workshops and other similar meetings contributes to the maintenance of high professional standards. 11.01 If the employer requires a worker to be on standby during hours of service, a worker shall be compensated for half an hour (1/2) hour for each four (4) hour period or part of it for which the worker has been designated as custody. 31.01 Subject to the willingness and ability of individual employees to accept a move and retraining, the employer shall make every right to ensure that the reduction in the workforce is achieved on a rotational basis.

B2.01 A worker at the CS-01, CS-02, CS-03 or CS-04 levels who is required to work overtime is compensated as follows: 7.01 The employer undertakes to continue the current practice, to ensure that workers have access to all publications that the employer deems necessary for their work. The employer will continue, through the working group set up, to examine, in consultation with the Institute, the classification standards used to evaluate the work performed by workers in the occupational categories currently covered by the Audit, Finance and Scientific Negotiations Division.
